Project Design and Practice of 0.5Mt/a CWS Plant in Jiangyin

摘要: 在能源需求与环境污染矛盾日益突出的经济发达地区,以水煤浆替代直接燃煤是降低排放总量、改善环境质量的有效途径。针对用户型水煤浆厂特点,设计采用高浓度磨矿制浆工艺,着重介绍了主要生产环节的设计思路及设备配置,以及生产调试情况。调试结果表明水煤浆产品的数量和质量均达到设计要求,完全能够满足水煤浆用户需求。

Abstract: In the economically developed regions, the contradiction between energy demand and environmental pollution is increasingly prominent. It is an effective way to reduce the total emissions and improve the quality of the environment type CWS plant, high concentration grinding and pulping technology was designed and used. This paper emphatically introduces the main production process and the device configuration, as well as industrial production commissioning. Results show that the quality of CWS can achieve the design requirements and the product can fully meet the user’s demands.
